* Before scheduling a pickup, please call us or fill out our quote request form to receive an estimate. Once your device has been repaired, you will receive a call or an email from us, at which point you may request a drop-off appointment or we will schedule one based on your availability.
Please note that your appointment is a 30-minute window, meaning we will arrive within that time frame to pick up your device. This allows us to travel from one customer to another, as the time needed to pick up a device may vary depending on the locations.
NOTE: If your device has undergone a repair attempt by a non-professional or another repair shop, your repair will be declined, and your device will be returned to you. A $29 diagnostic, pickup, and delivery fee will be applied.
A $29 diagnostic, pick-up and delivery fee will be charged to customers who choose not to proceed with the repair after the diagnosis is completed or if the device is determined to be unrepairable. If the repair is carried out, the fee will not be charged.
