Repair Policies and Guidelines

At Fix Revolution, we are committed to providing the highest quality repair services to our customers. Our policies regarding the repair process, warranty, and payment information are outlined below. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these policies. If you do not agree to these policies, please do not use any of the services we provide.

 

  1. Repair Process
  • All repairs are subject to a diagnostic fee, which will be credited towards the cost of the repair if completed.
  • Once a repair is approved, the estimated completion time will be provided. In some cases, repair time may vary due to the availability of parts or the complexity of the repair.
  • If additional repairs are necessary, we will obtain customer approval before proceeding.
  • Upon completion, a final invoice will be provided, which includes the cost of the repair and any applicable taxes.

 

  1. Warranty
  • All repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labor.
  • The warranty does not cover any damage or issues caused by external factors such as accidental damage, water damage, or misuse.
  • If a repair fails within the warranty period, we will repair the device at no additional charge.
  • Our warranty is non-transferable and is intended for the same person and device for which the repair was initially performed. The warranty is not transferable to another person or device. Any additional repairs or modifications made to the device by another person or service will void the warranty.
  • We do offer repairs for devices that have been exposed to water, but please note that we cannot provide any warranty for such devices. Water damage can cause permanent damage to electronic devices, which may not be immediately apparent, and they can fail at any point. Therefore, repair costs for water-damaged devices are not covered by any warranty.
  • If we need to replace the screen on your device and find that the frame is broken or bent, we will still proceed with the repair. However, please note that we cannot offer any warranty for the repair since a damaged frame can affect the overall structural integrity of the device, which may cause the screen to fail at any point. We assure you that we will do our best to perform the repair to the highest standards possible. As an additional measure, we will use a special glue to keep a barrier between the frame and the screen. This will help to prevent any issues that could arise from a damaged frame and ensure that the repair is as durable as possible.
  • Please note that we cannot provide any warranty on software-only repairs. This is because software issues can be complex and may have a variety of causes, including user error or conflicts with other software or hardware. While we will do our best to resolve any software issues you may have, we cannot guarantee that the same issue will not occur again in the future.
  • Our warranty is intended only for the specific parts that were replaced during the repair. Any other issues that may arise after the repair, which are not related to the specific parts replaced, are not covered by the warranty.

 

  1. Payment
  • Payment is due at the time of service, we do not take upfront payments. We accept cash, email transfer, debit, and credit card payments.
  • All sales are subject to sales tax.
  • Payments made through the “Fix Now and Pay Later” option will carry a 6% transaction fee.

 

  1. Data Privacy
  • We take data privacy seriously and will make every effort to protect your personal and device information.
  • However, we cannot guarantee the protection of any data stored on your device and recommend that you back up your data before bringing it in for repair.

 

  1. Return Policy
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with the repair, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your device to discuss a possible return or resolution.
  • If your device is left with us for more than 90 days, we will attempt to contact you by phone and email to arrange for the return of your device. If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts during the 90-day period, we will assume that you no longer require the device and it will be recycled in an environmentally responsible manner.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Please be advised that Fix Revolution cannot be held responsible for any loss of data or damage to your device during the repair process. Some repairs may be considered high-risk due to the complexity or difficulty of the repair. In these cases, we will inform the customer of the potential risks and obtain approval before proceeding with the repair. We take every precaution to protect your device and data during the repair process, but we cannot guarantee that unforeseen issues will not arise.
  • In the unlikely event that your device is damaged during the repair process, we will make every effort to repair the damage and restore the device to its original condition. If the device is unable to be repaired, we will return the device to you.

 

  1. Dispute Resolution
  • If a dispute arises regarding the repair, both parties agree to work towards a resolution through good faith negotiations.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration.
